    The MAH MBA CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria outlines the essential requirements for candidates aspiring to pursue MBA/MMS programs in Maharashtra. To be eligible, candidates must have completed a minimum of a three-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university, securing a minimum of 50% marks for the general category and 45% for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) belonging to Maharashtra.

    The MAH MBA CET 2026 eligibility criteria is expected to remain broadly in line with previous years, subject to updates in the official notification. Candidates must have passed a minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university, with at least 50% aggregate marks (or 45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories and persons with disabilities from Maharashtra State).

    MAH MBA CET Work Experience & Reservation Criteria

    Reservations are applicable only to Maharashtra domicile candidates, while others are treated under the All India category. Details about work-experience and reservation categories and their respective percentages are summarised below:

    Work Experience:
    Work experience is not mandatory to appear for the MAH MBA CET. Fresh graduates and final-year students are equally eligible to apply. However, some participating institutes may consider relevant work experience during the admission or selection process (such as during CAP rounds or institute-level counselling), which can offer a slight advantage, but it does not affect the CET score or percentile.

    Reservation Criteria:
    The MAH MBA CET follows the reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra, which is applicable only to candidates belonging to Maharashtra State.

    Reserved category candidates are eligible for relaxation in minimum qualifying marks and seat allocation under their respective categories during the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Candidates from outside Maharashtra are treated under the All India category and are not eligible for state reservations.
