This IIM course is a 16 months diploma program offered by IIMs. The course is designed to teach tools and techniques for data visualization, modelling and analysis of varieties of data of different sizes; machine learning algorithms, cloud computing, and finally, the domain specific applications of data analytics in Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and Public policy. This IIM course is the mix of online and on-campus sessions.
About the curriculum:
The program aims to deep dives into predictive analytics, big data analytics, and the use of advanced tools like Python, R, and SQL. They also provide training on the latest software and platforms used in data analytics, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Tableau by giving real life examples and case studies to improve decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives of the learner.
The curriculum is broadly categorized into six modules:

This IIM course is a 48 weeks’ program, though some institutions provide it as a part-time or executive program. Earlier training: | The officers should have not undergone a training program of 12 weeks or more in India in the 5 years preceding date of commencement of this program. Moreover, the officer should not have taken training abroad of more than 2 weeks in the preceding 2 years, more than 1 month in the preceding 3 years or more than 6 months in the preceding 5 years. |

Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (ABM)
This IIM course is for those whose are in interested in making their career in agriculture and food industries. The course was originally a two-year management program with a focus on agriculture, but has since expanded to include other areas such as food processing, marketing, and rural infrastructure management. It aims to equip students with an understanding of the entire agribusiness value chain, from farm to fork, including production, processing, distribution, and marketing.

The PGP-FABM often includes field visits, internships, and live projects, providing students with hands-on experience in the agribusiness environment. Its career path involves agribusiness value chain, including roles in food processing companies, agri-input firms (like seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides), agricultural finance institutions, and retail companies specialising in food and agricultural products.

- Have a bachelor’s degree in agriculture science or agricultural engineering or allied subjects.
- Have a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA or in case of students from SC, ST, PWD category, 45% marks or equivalent CGPA is accepted.

Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management
The esteemed Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management is an initiative to arm students with the knowledge and abilities required for leading in a world increasingly oriented toward sustainability and responsible business. This IIM course is a two-year full-time program, the PGP-SM shall include a summer internship thereby providing hands-on experience in projects with sustainability. This IIM course combines central management education with a deep understanding of issues related to ESG, thereby generating graduates who can take up challenges on sustainable development faced by various industries.

It retains all the traditional managerial subjects, such as finance, marketing, strategy, and operations, but with an emphasis on sustainability principles. Added to these are specialized courses in sustainable business practices, corporate social responsibility, environmental management, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable supply chain management. This IIM course structure caters to the time constraints most working professionals face and offers flexibility and practical learning. The duration of this IIM course is two years. The program is often available in part-time, weekend, or modular form so as not to interrupt the participants' work.
