At IIM Raipur, the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) is a full-time residential master's programme. A component of the Common Admission Process 2024 is IIM Raipur. The two-stage admissions procedure for this programme consists of shortlisting applicants for in-person interviews (PIs) and personal profile mapping, followed by final selection. The Final Composite Score for each category—General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, and ST—is used to choose applicants.

Eligibility Criteria for IIM Raipur Admission 2024

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur's MBA program are as follows:

• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
• A valid Common Admission Test (CAT) percentile
• A minimum CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 for a 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering
• A minimum of 60% aggregate marks for a 5-year integrated master's degree
• Students appearing for their final year examination in the current academic year may also apply
• In addition to the above academic eligibility, candidates should be throughout first class i.e 60% (X, XII, and Graduation)
• Five Percentage points relaxation is given to SC, ST, and PWD candidates.
• Candidate must not be more than 50 years as on June 1st, 2024.

The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades / CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/ institution. If any University/institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)

The percentile scored in CAT is used to determine whether applicants make the shortlist for PI. The CAT test consists of three sections: Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA). Final Selection Criteria

The final composite score is computed based on four components, viz

- Overall CAT & Sectionals Percentile (42%);

- Personal Interview (23%);

- Profile (33%) and

- Personal Profile Mapping (2%).
