Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK)Â is one of the most desirable and prestigious business schools in India. It has announced the successful conclusion of the Final Placements Process 2022 for students from the 24th batch of PGP as well as the inaugural batches of PGP Finance and PGP Liberal Studies and Management. The Placement drive concluded within three days with 116 recruiters including 39 new recruiters, making offers to the students with 100% placements. IIM Kozhikode has a 31.3% rise in average salary which has gone up at Rs.29.5 LPA in PGP Final Placement 2022. The median salary has increased to 32.5% which has gone up to Rs.26.50 LPA in this final placement season.
The IIM Kozhikode fees for MBA (PGP) flagship program is around INR.20,50,000/- (Indian rupees twenty lakh fifty thousand only) for two years of the program for the 2022 batch.

In this final placement season, the consulting sector saw over a 50% increase in the number of offers comprising 41% of the total offers made. This Placement season witnessed 6 international offers from 3 companies for Growth & Strategy roles. As well as the highest CTC and the average CTC have increased by more than 30% over the past year.

When it comes to offers that are achieved in this latest batch in the final placement season at IIM Kozhikode, almost 571 offers are given by 116 recruiters, where around 38% of them are PPOs. Among the other companies were first-time recruiters and 15% of the companies were the startups including many Unicorns that offered multiple roles.

When it comes to the batch profile, the batch size of 546 students is a large strength with 52% of the students being female and 48% of the students being male. Compared to the other IIMs this institute has a more number of female students compared to the male students. Also, the average package of female students is INR 30.7 LPA.
