CAT 2020 Question Paper Difficulty Level
CAT 2020 exam was conducted in three slots. The overall CAT exam difficulty level was moderate-difficult. Check out the section-wise difficulty level of the CAT 2020 question paper in detail.
- VARC section has made it more tricky and it was more difficult. In this section, 18 questions from the RCs and 8 from Verbal Ability. Overall, there were 26 questions in this section.
- DILR section was moderate-difficult. In this section, 2 sets with 6 questions each, and 3 sets with 4 questions each, the total number of questions for DILR to be 24 in this section.
- The QA section is easier compared to the other two sections. In this section, 10 questions from arithmetic, 4 questions from geometry and the rest of the questions are from other topics like percentages, profit and loss, etc. Overall, the Quant Section had 26 questions.

CAT 2020 Analysis slot 1
- Based on the analysis of the CAT 2020 slot 1 question paper, one must score 110 to reach the 99+ CAT percentile.
- As the VARC section has made it more tricky and difficult, the score of 48 has to maintain in this section.
- The quant section was made easier compared to the other sections, one can score more in this section.
CAT 2020 Analysis slot 2
- The CAT 2020 question paper difficulty level is standard for all three slots.
- Based on the analysis of the slot 2 question paper, one must maintain a score of more than 106 to reach out 99+ percentile.
CAT 2020 Analysis slot 3
- One must score more than 102 scores to meet the 99+ percentile in the CAT 2020 exam.
