Given that,

$$\Rightarrow 7.5 + (1.2\times 2) - 8 \times 4 \div 3.2$$

$$\Rightarrow 7.5 + (2.4) - 8 \times 4 \div 3.2$$

$$\Rightarrow 7.5 + (2.4) - 8 \times 1.25$$

$$\Rightarrow 7.5 + (2.4) - 10.00$$

$$\Rightarrow 9.9 - 10.00$$

$$\Rightarrow -0.1$$
