As per the given table in the question,

Production of rice over the three states in $$2014= 6.2+4.8+6.4 =17.4$$ million tonnes

Production of rice over the three states in $$2014= 6.9+5.7+7.4 =20.0$$ million tonnes

Hence, the required percentage$$=\dfrac{17.4}{20}=\dfrac{87}{100}$$
