Solution
Let the amount of bill = Rs. $$100x$$
According to ques, => $$\frac{7.5}{100}\times100x=16.50$$
=> $$7.5x=16.5$$
=> $$x=\frac{16.5}{7.5}=2.2$$
$$\therefore$$ Bill = $$100\times2.2=220$$
