Question 65

If 7%8 = 30, 4%3 = 14 and 4%9 = 26, then find the value of 1%8 = ?

Solution

Given : 7%8 = 30, 4%3 = 14 and 4%9 = 26

If we replace '%' with '+', and multiply the sum by 2, we get the desired result.

Eg :- $$(7+8)\times2=30$$

and $$(4+3)\times2=14$$ and $$(4+9)\times2=26$$

Similarly, $$(1+8)\times2=18$$

=> Ans - (C)
