Solution

The greatest 3 digit number = 999
LCM of 4,5,6 = 60
Dividing 999 by 60, we get a remainder of 39.
Subtracting 999-39 = 960.
Therefore, 960 is the greatest 3 digit number divisible by 4,5,6.
