If 16 men working 12 hours a day can complete a work in 27 days, then working for how many hours a day can 18 men complete the work in 24 days ?

Solution

$$M1\times D1\times H1=M2\times D2 \times H2$$

$$16\times 27\times 12=18\times 24 \times H2$$

$$H2=12$$
