Solution

Given : QT = 9 cm , RT = 18 cm and ST = 6 cm

To find : PT = ?

Solution : Using properties of secant in circle

=> $$(PT) \times (QT) = (RT) \times (ST)$$

=> $$(PT) \times 9 = 18 \times 6$$

=> $$PT = \frac{108}{9} = 12$$ cm

=> Ans - (D)
