A table is sold at a discount of 45%. If the marked price of the table is Rs 10800, then what is the selling price (in Rs) of the table?

Solution

Marked price = Rs. 10800

Discount % = 45%

=> Selling price = $$10800-(\frac{45}{100}\times10800)$$

= $$(10800-4860)=Rs.$$ $$5940$$

=> Ans - (D)
