What is the ratio between Graduate female population of State E and Standard XII female population of State D respectively ?
Total graduate population of State E = $$\frac{20}{100} \times 24 = 4.8$$ lakhs
=> Graduate female population of State E = $$\frac{7}{16} \times 4.8 = 2.1$$ lakhs
Total standard XII population of State D = $$\frac{12}{100} \times 32$$ lakhs
=> Standard XII female population of State D = $$\frac{7}{12} \times \frac{12}{100} \times 32$$ lakhs
= $$7 \times 0.32 = 2.24$$ lakhs
$$\therefore$$ Required ratio = $$2.10 : 2.24$$
