=> Graduate female population of State C = $$\frac{4}{9} \times \frac{15}{100} \times 24$$ lakhs
= $$32 \times \frac{1}{20} = 1.6$$ lakhs
Total standard XII population of State C = $$\frac{18}{100} \times 32$$ lakhs
=> Standard XII female population of State C = $$\frac{5}{9} \times \frac{18}{100} \times 32$$ lakhs
= $$\frac{32}{10} = 3.2$$ lakhs
$$\therefore$$ Required % = $$\frac{1.6}{3.2} \times 100$$
= $$50 \%$$
