=> XII Standard male population from State A = $$\frac{7}{16} \times \frac{15}{100} \times 32$$ lakhs
= $$14 \times 0.15 = 2.10$$ lakhs
$$\therefore$$ Required difference = $$(2.24 - 2.10)$$ lakhs
= $$14,000$$
