After offering the discount of 10% on list price Rs. 160, price of the article will be

= $$160 - \frac{10}{100} * 160$$

= 144

Let the second discount be $$x$$%

=> $$144 - \frac{x}{100} * 144 = 122.40$$

=> $$1.44x = 21.60$$

=> $$x = 15$$%
