SNAP Cut Off 2024
The cut off for any exam cannot be predetermined accurately. In these exams, there are a lot of things involved.
Factors influencing the cutoffs are -
- a direct factor is the number of candidates involved. Higher the candidates, greater the competition and therefore, higher the cutoff.
- Difficulty level of the exam is not a factor to be considered. This is because percentile is relative to performance of other people. In fact, tougher the paper, easier it is to score a higher percentile. For Example - if you compare CAT 2021 and CAT 2022, you could've scored 99.5%ile in 2022 with 92 marks but in 2021, you would need 18 more marks i.e. an overall score of 110. This means an additional of net 6 correct questions.
- Total number of seats available - greater the number of seats, lower the cutoff.
An direct relation exists between cutoff and number of candidates.
A inverse relation exists between cutoff and the total number of seats available.

SNAP Cutoff 2024 FAQ's

No. SNAP does not include a sectional cutoff. Only your final score is considered when applying to colleges. Additionally, you can give a maximum of 3 attempts at the SNAP. The best score out of all of these attempts will be considered.
For this reason, we advice students to brush on their strong parts as much as possible. This helps in building confidence and then we advice them to study their weaker sections because progressions in weaker areas are easier and larger once you have reached near the peak of your strong areas.
2. Is only SNAP score necessary for admission?
NO, the admission into B-Schools is a competitive and lengthy process. B-Schools get to choose their pick from the lot and they want the best. B-Schools shortlist students after various rounds of personality check. These rounds have varying weightage.
