Velocity in SHM

### Formula

$$v=\frac{dx}{dt}$$

### Maximum Velocity

$$v_{max}=A\omega$$

### General Relation

$$v=\pm\omega\sqrt{A^2-x^2}$$

### Terminologies

- v β†’ Velocity.

- A β†’ Amplitude.

- x β†’ Displacement.

### Conditions / Special Cases

At mean position:

$$x=0$$

$$v=v_{max}$$

At extreme position:

$$x=A$$

$$v=0$$

### Usage

- Used in velocity-displacement problems.
