In the final placement season of XLRI - Xavier School of Management has successfully witnessed 100% placements for batch 2020-22 for its MBA flagship programs of PGDM- HRM (Human Resource Management) and PGDM- BM (Business Management).

The median salary offered to the latest batch stood at INR 30 lakhs per annum, with the top 10% and 25% of the average package being INR 48 lakhs and INR 43 lakhs per annum, respectively. The average salary has increased to INR 30.7 lakhs per annum from INR 23.91 lakhs per annum in 2020. And the highest domestic offer stood at INR 60+ lakhs per annum from the BFSI sector.

In this final placement season of XLRI Jamshedpur, a total number of 99 recruiters participated, with 437 domestic offers, including 23 new recruiters. The most prominent recruiters include Boston Consulting Group, Bain and Co., Accenture Strategy, Amazon, PayTM, ITC and Microsoft, which have made the highest number of offers among the regular recruiters such as Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Capgemini ELITE, Hindustan Unilever, Nestle, P&G;, TAS and others. As mentioned before, 23 new recruiters participate in this final placement season, including American Express, Freshworks, Swiggy, MoEngage Inc. and slice, amongst others.
