Once the candidates have been shortlisted for further rounds, the candidates will have to appear for a Written Ability test and a Personal Interview as the part of the second stage of the admission process.
Written Ability Test: The WAT is a written test where the writing ability of the candidate will be judged based on their clarity of thought, tone of the content and candidate's ability to explain topic. The duration of the WAT is approximately 30 minutes where the candidate will be given a topic and they will have to present a short essay on the same.
Personal Interview Round: In this round, the candidate will appear before a panel where his personal interview will be taken. PI is taken to evaluate candidates on their Communication Skills, Leadership Potential, Analytical Ability and their Motivation to do an MBA.
