is mock test available on NCHMCT ? if available what is the price of it?

Hi Suny Gupta, we dont have the NCHMCT exam mocks.

in a peremutation and combination if 7 different balls are placed in 3 different boxes we take it as each ball has 3 options to place in 3 different boxes and total no of conditions are 3 power 7 but why not we take it as in the 3 boxes each box has filled with 7 different type of balls and total no of conditions are 7 cube

In the first case, multiple balls can be placed in the same box, but in second case, multiple boxes can't be given to same ball. That is why. Hope that helps.

if (a+b) +1/c+d =1 and (c+d) +1/(e+f)=1 then what is the value of (a+b)(c+d)(e+f)

if it is given that (c+d) > 0 or c,d are greater than 0, then, on adding both equations we get, (a+b)+ (1/(c+d)) +(c+d) + (1/(e+f)) = 2 and applying AM > = GM on middle 2 terms we get, (1/(c+d))+(c+d) >= 2, this implies that (a+b) and (e+f) must be 0 which means the value of (a+b)(c+d)(e+f) must be 0.<br>Hope that helps.<br>
