Hi mansi, I already answered your query in a different post I will repost the answer here: I am assuming you belong to the general category A score of 124 should fetch you around 94-95 percentile If you have a distributed score and cleared all sectional cut-offs, you can expect calls from few baby-IIMs namely amritsar and nagpur. CAP call is highly unlikely as they consider only CAT score for interview call(neither acads, nor work ex) If you have filled MDI, you are just on the borderline Coming to IITs..In case of a decent profile, you should certainly apply to IIT kgp. You can further apply to IIT madras and kanpur. IIT roorkee would be last resort You can apply to other colleges like IMT, IMI and DFS(90-95percentile category) These three fall in the next tier colleges category after IITs and IIMs You have many other good colleges after these namely TAPMI, XIMB, MICA You can consider applying to these colleges Moving down further, there are plenty of other colleges like FORE, GIM etc I would rather recommend you to focus on other exams like XAT, PGDBA instead of selecting these colleges. Hi karthik, SITM cut-off will usually be around 65th percentile A raw score 53-55 should get you that percentile I would say that you are very likely to get an interview call If you belong to a certain caste category, then an interview call is certain. Among this 20were static GK and 5 were related to current affairs General Knowledge in itself is vast and cannot be contained into any set Since current affairs is dynamic, we strongly recommend you to read newspapers everyday. Hi mihir, We do not have the ability to make a definitive suggestion in this matter. Every exam has their own guiding rules and style of functioning. The best course of action would be contact the exam authorities and enquire about a corrective measure. Yet, with past experience, we can say that, if the exam authorities cannot address this discrepency, you will not be alone. There will be many other students and usually a certain leeway shall be given. If you explain your situation during interviews/document verification), they will be considerative in such cases. Do check out with the authorities as to what needs to be done during document verification. Just focus on preparing for the exam. These things wouldn't matter much All will be well. Good luck:)
