The best course of action would be contact the exam authorities and enquire about a corrective measure. Yet, with past experience, we can say that, if the exam authorities cannot address this discrepency, you will not be alone. There will be many other students and usually a certain leeway shall be given. If you explain your situation during interviews/document verification), they will be considerative in such cases.
