My D.O.B. is incorrect in Cmat Admit card. 1987 instead of 1997. will this be a problem while taking admission in any good b-school ?

The best course of action would be contact the exam authorities and enquire about a corrective measure.

Yet, with past experience, we can say that, if the exam authorities cannot address this discrepency, you will not be alone.
There will be many other students and usually a certain leeway shall be given.
If you explain your situation during interviews/document verification), they will be considerative in such cases.
Do check out with the authorities as to what needs to be done during document verification.
Just focus on preparing for the exam. These things wouldn't matter much

Yes, this can create problems so I would suggest you to write to the official email id of the exam conducting authorities and find a way out
