I am assuming you belong to the general category
A score of 124 should fetch you around 94-95 percentile
If you have a distributed score and cleared all sectional cut-offs, you can expect calls from few baby-IIMs namely amritsar and nagpur.
CAP call is highly unlikely as they consider only CAT score for interview call(neither acads, nor work ex)

If you have filled MDI, you are just on the borderline
Coming to IITs..In case of a decent profile, you should certainly apply to IIT kgp.
You can further apply to IIT madras and kanpur. IIT roorkee would be last resort

You can apply to other colleges like IMT, IMI and DFS(90-95percentile category)
These three fall in the next tier colleges category after IITs and IIMs
You have many other good colleges after these namely TAPMI, XIMB, MICA
You can consider applying to these colleges

Moving down further, there are plenty of other colleges like FORE, GIM etc
I would rather recommend you to focus on other exams like XAT, PGDBA instead of selecting these colleges.
