Hi! I am from IIT Kanpur, my btech score is 6.3 till 6th sem, class XII score is 96%, class X score is 95%. How much percentile minimum is needed to get a call from top 3 IIMs and FMS??? (GEM)

99.97+ for A(low grad scores) 99.8+ for B 99.7+ for C 99.3+ for FMS,I,L,K etc

i got 61 percentile in CAT2019 can i aim for 99 percentile this year and how to approach it now?
