The pattern followed is :

7 $$\times 1 - 1$$ = 6

6 $$\times 2 - 2$$ = 10

10 $$\times 3 - 3$$ = 27

27 $$\times 4 - 4$$ = 104

104 $$\times 5 - 5$$ = 515

Similarly,

9 $$\times 1 - 1$$ = 8

8 $$\times 2 - 2$$ = 14

14 $$\times 3 - 3$$ = 39

39 $$\times 4 - 4$$ = 152
