$$ x + 20(\frac{1}{x}) = 9$$

$$\Rightarrow (x^{2}+20) = 9 \times x$$

$$\Rightarrow x^{2}-9x+20 = 0$$

$$\Rightarrow(x-4)(x-5)=0$$

$$\Rightarrow x = 4 or 5$$

so the answer is option D.
