Solution

Let Harishankar's salary = $$18x$$

=> Girish's salary = $$\frac{4}{9} \times 18x = 8x$$

=> Shirish's salary = $$\frac{5}{6} \times 18x = 15x$$

$$\therefore$$ Ratio of Girish's salary to Shirish's = $$\frac{8x}{15x}$$

= 8 : 15
