Let salaries of X, Y and Z be $$15x,3x$$ and $$8x$$ respectively.
According to ques, => $$8x-3x=3960$$
=> $$5x=3960$$
=> $$x=\frac{3960}{5}=792$$
$$\therefore$$ X's salary = $$15\times792=Rs.$$ $$11880$$
