Sum of lengths of all edges of a cube is 84 cm, ﬁnd its volume?

Solution

Let the edge of the cube = $$a$$ cm

Number of edges in a cube = 12

Sum of all the edges = $$12a = 84$$

=> $$a = \frac{84}{12}=7$$

$$\therefore$$ Volume of cube = $$a^3$$

= $$(7)^3=343$$ $$cm^3$$

=> Ans - (B)
