If the annual income of the family is 60,000, then the savings is

Angle for savings = $$360^\circ-(108^\circ+72^\circ+72^\circ+72^\circ)$$

= $$360^\circ-324^\circ=36^\circ$$

Annual income = Rs. 60,000

=> Savings = $$\frac{36^\circ}{360^\circ}\times60,000$$

= $$\frac{1}{10}\times60,000=Rs.$$ $$6,000$$

=> Ans - (D)
