$$\frac{3}{7} \div \frac{9}{21} + 2 - \frac{4}{3} + \frac{1}{2}  of  \frac{12}{5} \times \frac{25}{18} \div \frac{5}{9}$$

$$\frac{3}{7} \div \frac{9}{21} + 2 - \frac{4}{3} + \frac{6}{5} \times \frac{25}{18} \div \frac{5}{9}$$

$$1+ 2 - \frac{4}{3} + \frac{6}{5} \times \frac{5}{2}$$

$$1+ 2 - \frac{4}{3} + 3 $$

$$ 6 - \frac{4}{3} $$

=$$\frac{14}{3}$$
