Given, Average salary of 30 employees and 5 managers = Rs.80000
Total salary of 35 people = 35*80000 = Rs.2800000
Given, One manager with salary 180000 is replaced with a new manager.
Let the salary of a new manager be Rs.X
$$\dfrac{Rs.2800000 - Rs.180000 + Rs.X}{35} = Rs.78500$$
=> $$Rs.2620000 + Rs.X = Rs.2747500 => X = Rs.127500$$
Therefore, The salary of the new manager = Rs.127500
