Solution
let's assume marked price = 100
Discount = 60$$%$$
= $$\frac{60}{100}\times100$$
=60
s.p = marked price - discount
= 100 - 60
= 40
S.p = 1560
40=1560
= 39
So marked price =$$39\times 100$$
= Rs 3900
