Let the sides of the triangle be 5x cm, 2x cm, x cm.
Perimeter of the triangle = 5x+2x+x = 8x cm
Given, 8x = 88 cm
=> x = 11 cm
Then, Length of the largest side = 5x = 5*11 = 55 cm.
