As We know,
$$Average\ =\ \frac{Sum\ of\ observation}{Number\ of\ observation}$$
The average target production of AC's over the period of 5 months :
= $$\ \frac{60+30+80+90+100}{5}=\frac{360}{5}=72$$
Actual Production in month of may = 120
Required % = $$\frac{\left(120-72\right)}{72}\times\ 100=66.67\%\simeq\ 67\%$$
