Speed = 280 km/hr

Time =$$\frac{19}{4\ }$$ hrs

As we know,

Distance = Speed $$\times\ $$ Time

$$280\times\ \frac{19}{4}=1330\ km\ $$

To Cover 1330 km in 7 hr, The speed will be

$$\frac{Distance}{time}=\frac{1330}{7}\ =190\ \frac{km}{hr}\ $$

Hence, Option B is correct.
