$$\frac{\tan 30^\circ + \tan 60^\circ}{\cos 30^\circ}$$

put the value in the above expression,

= $$\frac{\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}} + \sqrt{3}}{\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}}$$

= $$\frac{1+3}{\sqrt{3}} \times$$ $$2/\sqrt3$$

= $$\frac{8}{3}$$
