If the given number 925x85 is divisible by 11, then the smallest value of x is:

Solution

For the divisibility by 11, the sum of the alternative digits should be equal so,

9 + 5 + 8 = 2 + x + 5

x = 15

Smallest value of x = 15 - 11 = 4
