Let B's salary = $$Rs. 100x$$
A's salary is 50% more than that of B, => A's salary = $$100x+\frac{50}{100} \times 100x=Rs. 150x$$
$$\therefore$$ B's salary is less than that of A by = $$\frac{150x-100x}{150x} \times 100$$
=> $$\frac{100}{3}=33\frac{1}{3}\%$$
