Let the total work be $$T$$

Work done by A in 1 day = $$\frac{\ T}{15}$$

Work done by B in 1 day = $$\frac{\ T}{10}$$

Ratio of their shares = $$\frac{\ T}{15}:\frac{\ T}{10}$$ $$= 10 : 15 = 2 : 3$$

Share of A $$=\frac{ 2}{5}\times75000 =30000$$
