$$80 \div 40 - 10 - 5 \times 4 of \left(\frac{1}{3} \div \frac{10}{3}\right) = \dfrac{80}{40} - 10 - 5 \times 4 \times (\dfrac{1}{3}\times\dfrac{3}{10})$$
= $$2 - 10 - 5\times4\times\dfrac{1}{10} = 2 - 10 - 2 = -10$$
