to find the median, arrange the given observations in ascending order

15,18,18,23,27,28,29,30,31,32,32,35

no .of observations are even number so

the median will be arithmetic mean of the middle two numbers

i.e;$$\frac{\left(28+29\right)}{2}$$

hence answer is option C
