Solution

FAN ==> (F+4) (A+3) (N+2) ==> JDP

JDP ==> (J+4) (D+3) (P+2) ==> NGR

NGR ==> (N+4) (G+3) (R+2) ==> RJT

RJT ==> (R+4) (J+3) (T+2) ==> VMV

So 'RJT' will come in place of the question mark.
