Solution

$$1.5\times2 = 3$$

$$2\times3 = 6$$

$$3\times6 = 18$$

$$6\times18 = 108$$

$$18\times108 = 1944$$

So here '1964' is not following the above-given logic. Hence this does not belongs to the series.
