$$13\times3+3 = 39+3 = 42$$

$$42\times3+3 = 126+3 = 129$$

$$129\times3+3 = 387+3 = 390$$

$$390\times3+3 = 1170+3 = 1173$$

Hence 1173 will come in place of blank.
