$$42+10\times\ 5-\frac{9}{1}=?$$

after interchanging + and - * and / this will be
$$42-\frac{10}{5}+9\times\ 1=?$$

$$42-2+9=?$$

$$40+9=?$$

$$49=?$$

Hence option B is the correct answer
