Question 39

Four boys A, R, K and M are sitting in a row facing the North (but not necessarily in the same order) and four girls P, Q, L and B are sitting in a row facing these boys (but not necessarily in the same order). B is second to the right of P. K and A are at the ends. P is at one of the ends. K is at the left end of the row. One boy is sitting between A and R.
If Q is at one of the ends, then who is facing L?

Solution

K is at the left end of the row. K and A are at the ends. One boy is sitting between A and R.

Now only 'M' is remaining in boys which can be placed on the blank space.

P is at one of the ends. B is second to the right of P.

If Q is at one of the ends, then M is facing L.
