24 + 4 - 20 ÷ 9 x 5 = 31

Expression : 24 + 4 - 20 ÷ 9 x 5 = 31

(A) : - and +

L.H.S. = $$24-4+20\div9\times5$$

= $$20+\frac{100}{9}=31.11\neq$$ R.H.S.

(B) : ÷ and +

L.H.S. = $$24\div4-20+9\times5$$

= $$6-20+45=31=$$ R.H.S.

=> Ans - (B)
